Who's gonna tell you when, it's too late?
Who's gonna tell you things, aren't so great?
You can't go on , thinking nothing's wrong.
Who's gonna drive you home...tonight?
Who's gonna pick you up, when you fall?
Who's gonna hang it up, when you call?
Who's gonna pay attention, to your dreams?
Yeah, who's gonna plug their ears, when you scream?
You can't go on , thinking nothing's wrong.
Who's gonna drive you home...tonight?
Who's gonna hold you down, hen you shake?
Who's gonna come around, when you break?
You can't go on , thinking nothing's wrong.
Who's gonna drive you home...tonight?
You know you can't go on , thinking nothing's wrong.
Who's gonna drive you home...tonight?

This album speaks to the continuum of African diasporic culture that is central to the vibrant canon of Americana folk music. Bandcamp Album of the Day May 29, 2020
I've been listening to this album, and others, for a while but the live performances of 'Firecracker' and 'Wild Turkey' , as well ad 'Darlin' Cory', at the Transatlantic Sessions show at the RFH was another level. Live music is the best. The whole concert was insanely good. Shame not to hear 'Black Myself' in that setting but it was all near perfection as it was. oldjembo
